-- Join us this and every Saturday (weather permitting) from noon to 1:00 on the Rt. 7 Overpass on Old Loudon Road. Our Bridge Brigade will be found sending messages to the traffic on Rt. 7 below. Come wave a flag and/or poster on Old Loudon Road while we post the message of the week!
In the meantime, our banners are ready for the Bridge Brigade’s premiere of the Thruway Project. More than 50 overpasses from Buffalo to Albany, north to Saratoga, and down to Ithaca, Cooperstown and Chatham will be sharing the same message to travelers: “VOTE!”

-- We just received some exciting news from Indivisible National. During the month of August, every dollar donated through our Act Blue account will be matched up to $500!
So, every donation we receive in August up to $500 will be matched by Indivisible! The funds raised will be used to pay for our pre-election expenses like postage, poster supplies, banners, stationery, meeting venues, and more. -- Also during the month of August, members of our Greater Capital Region Indivisible Coalition will be collecting backpacks and school supplies for refugee children through the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants. Donations can be left in the porch bin at 11 Sycamore Drive in Colonie (off Aviation Drive).
-- And some especially exciting news… WE’RE BACK! After a summer hiatus, Colonie Indivisible will continue to hold its monthly meetings at the Celtic Hall on Route 155 from 6:00 to 7:30 pm. Join us Monday, September 14th for some conversation, refreshments, campaign season updates, and informative speakers. See you there!
